This time of year, I find myself ploughing through butter at a rather alarming rate. It’s just in every holiday recipe! What can I do? Make a worse version of something delicious using less butter? I’ve just learned to give in. Let’s face it, butter is beautiful. No one takes this concept more seriously than Bordier Butter, located in northern France. Bordier Butter in Brittany, France produces up to 380 tons of butter per year that gets shipped all over the world, to individuals and restaurants alike. They produce different kinds of butter including seaweed butter, yuzu butter, smoked salt butter, and more.
