Fiber optic fabric might be cost prohibitive for most makers but the results are impressive. Hazariel Costumes got some from the manufacturer and whipped up an ethereal ghost cape.
This fabric is magic! I made a light up ghost cape for my Halloween costume out of this LED fiber optic material!
