Former DOJ official says Trump's draft lawsuit to Supreme Court was 'meritless'

Former Assistant Attorney General Steven Engel testified before the Jan. 6 committee that the draft lawsuit former President Trump asked to be filed by the Justice Department to the Supreme Court was “meritless."
