Person of interest named in NYC subway attack, $50,000 reward offered for information

Officials named Frank James as a person of interest in the New York City subway attack. The NYPD said there is a $50,000 reward being offered for more information on the gunman. At least 10 people were shot and multiple were injured during the incident.
