McConnell sidelines GOP on infrastructure as Democrats do grown-up work of governing

Rachel Maddow points out Mitch McConnell's insistence that Republicans will not vote for President Biden's infrastructure bill, effectively relieving Democrats of having to entertain Republicans proposals that would weaken the plan and still not get any Republican support, and also freeing Republicans to focus on the things they care about, like secret message board clairvoyants.
