House Intel Chairman Schiff: 'Capitol is still very much a target'

Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, tells Ali Velshi that there needs to be a "dramatic expansion" of the U.S. Capitol Police which is "dramatically understaffed" and that the "intelligence operation" of the Capitol Police needs to be strengthened.
