After receiving a poorly-wound spool of 1.75 PLA filament from Overture ordered through Amazon which would bind and then break going into the extruder at the worst of times, I decided to re-spool it myself onto an empty Overture wheel I had sitting around. This design fits into the chuck of a normal cordless drill and allows you to transfer the filament from one spool to another.
