Rep. Val Demings on Barr letting Trump off the hook: If it was you or me, we’d be prosecuted

In her scathing opinion, Judge Amy Berman Jackson suggests that former Attorney General Barr did not think twice about letting Trump off the hook, that it was a foregone conclusion: "The fact that he would not be prosecuted was a given," she writes. Congresswoman Val Demings says, "If it was you, or me, or your ordinary John or Mary, they would be prosecuted."
