It’s a keeb boar wonderland here, and in addition to all the trinkeys and stemma qt boards, we’re also designing a macropad! this one is 3×4 kailh-sockets for MX compatible mechanical keys. each key has a neopixel underneath. There’s one rotary encoder with switch, and a pretty 1.3″ 128×64 OLED. for the chipset we’ll be going with the RP2040 which has enough pins that we don’t even need to matrix the keypad! a STEMMA QT port lets you plug whatever sensor or extension you’d like. we fitted a little buzzer for sound effects, and 8MB flash chip. there’s a lot of room around the rotary encoder so folks could use chonky knobs.
We’re callin these Keeb boars for now, since we have this little friend to go with them (making a boar version soon).
