Like everyone else, James Bruton has been seeing a lot of tensegrity tables on YouTube recently.
He decided to explore the engineering behind this concept of “tension integrity.” As always, he designed and 3D printed some nifty hardware to use in his experiments, and when he was done, he turned his experimental structure into a motion-sensing lamp sculpture.
