Asylum seekers stuck at the border hope for change under Biden administration

President Biden has signed an Executive Order calling for a review of the Trump administration's "Remain in Mexico" policy. Asylum seekers are waiting anxiously, as they say they're stuck in "immigration limbo." NBC's Gabe Gutierrez reports from Mexico on the bottleneck at the border.
