Facebook announces major restructuring, introduces parent company called Meta

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced a reshuffling of its names under a rebranded corporate parent: Meta. Zuckerberg said he the restructuring will help focus on what's next for the internet beyond social media.
