Father describes getting call daughter was injured in Miami shooting

Chad Harris described the moment he got the phone call that his daughter was injured in a shooting in Miami-Dade County, Fla. Harris said, “You never know what it feels like until you actually have something jerked away from you.” Police reported that the shooting was a targeted act of violence inuring over 20 people.
