On this episode of Rulof Maker, Rulof sets out to reduce his weekly video editing time by building his own video editing software controller. He decided to try and make one that is all mechanical (no MCU) and to make it out of as many recycled components as possible.
He did use some old components, built some ingenious mechanical switches for the control wheels, and used scrap wood. But in the end, he had to buy a keyboard PCB and some arcade buttons. The results are pretty cool for no digital control.
