Scratch Day is a Whole Month This Year! @scratch #ScratchDay

This year scratch day lasts the entire month! The Scratch Team has organized a series of online Scratch activities throughout the month of May. By creating project in Scratch children between the ages of 8-16 learn mathematical and computational ideas and the Scratch app even allows you to create Scratch projects without an internet connection! With Scratch, you can program your own interactive stories, games, and animations — and share your creations with others in the online community.

Scratch helps young people learn to think creatively, reason systematically, and work collaboratively — essential skills for life in the 21st century.

Scratch is a project of the Lifelong Kindergarten Group at the MIT Media Lab. It is provided free of charge.
