Biden backtracks saying he'd defy a subpoena, would honor what Congress 'legitimately' asks of him

On Friday, former Vice President Joe Biden said he would defy a subpoena from Congress to testify in the Trump impeachment trial. He has now backtracked on those comments, saying he would honor "whatever Congress legitimately" asks him to do.
