Deep Space Food Challenge Announces Phase 2 Finalists

NASA and CSA’s Deep Space Food Challenge has announced the 11 phase 2 finalists from the US, Australia, Sweden and Finland and the participating Canadian teams. The Challenge’s mission is:

to create novel and game-changing food technologies or systems that require minimal inputs and maximize safe, nutritious, and palatable food outputs for long-duration space missions, and which have potential to benefit people on Earth.
