Turkey-Syria earthquakes death toll exceeds 33,000

The death toll from two earthquakes that struck Turkey and Syria has risen to over 33,000 as rescuers continue to save those trapped under collapsed buildings and look to start recovering more of the deceased. NBC News' Gabe Gutierrez reports from Turkey on how the effort to get international aid to northwest Syria has been stalled.
