Is This Teeny-Tiny Resin Printer for Real?

Looking at this Lilliputian palm-sized resin 3D printer, it’s hard to imagine that it’s real, but if it isn’t, they sure did a good job of faking it.

What do you all think? I wish they showed the hardware inside.
