ISS flyby at low altitude (insane speed)

Watching the ISS traveling through the night sky (or any satellite) is fun and a little surreal. It doesn’t move like anything else in the sky.

From the ground, the 17,500 mph the ISS travels is fast but its hard to really grasp how fast. Airplane mode on YouTube simulates what it would look like if the Space Station was traveling the same speed but just 10,000 feet above the ground. Don’t blink, ts very fast…
