Time for a quality fidget toy? Why not try one of mine! I’ve designed these fidget toys in mind for those that, like me, are tired of cheaply (mass) produced fidget toys that don’t have any mass, sound, or tactile feel to them. I loved the idea of fidget toys from the day they first went big in the market place but I was always hoping someone would come out with one that would have more of an adult-centric feel to them, with switches/buttons and activities that were more to the feel I was looking for. It didn’t happen, so I made it happen!
This is one of my simplest designs, made for 1/4inch (6.35mm) bearings(bb’s). Its super satisfyingly to play with the metal bearings and since it has a loop for a keychain, you can take it with you!

Every Thursday is #3dthursday here at Adafruit! The DIY 3D printing community has passion and dedication for making solid objects from digital models. Recently, we have noticed electronics projects integrated with 3D printed enclosures, brackets, and sculptures, so each Thursday we celebrate and highlight these bold pioneers!
Have you considered building a 3D project around an Arduino or other microcontroller? How about printing a bracket to mount your Raspberry Pi to the back of your HD monitor? And don’t forget the countless LED projects that are possible when you are modeling your projects in 3D!
