A short film exploring some of the public artworks and activism of artist Stuart Semple around the world with a focus on his 2018 project in Denver, Happy City which included an Emotional Baggage Drop at Union Station, a huge inflatable jumping platform, a collaborative painting space and a tour of his Happy Cloud works. The film also highlights the artist’s Hostile Design campaign.
