Greg Abbott's 'Parental Bill of Rights' puts targets on Texas teachers' backs

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott debuted his proposal for a so-called Parental Bill of Rights that would give parents more power to control school curricula. The proposal would place teachers on a "do not hire" list if they provide students with "obscene content."
