Raspberry Pi PoE+ HAT: Power over Ethernet (PoE) can make your project wiring a breeze – instead of needing a wire for power and data, you can use one Ethernet cable for both!

Simply attach the standoffs in the four corners of the HAT, then connect to the 40-pin header. Once the HAT is connected, you can power your Pi through the RJ-45 network connector.

Compatible with Raspberry Pi 3 B+ that has PoE pins and Raspberry Pi 4. The Raspberry Pi computer is not included.

You get 10 pieces in 5 colors. Strong and grippy, these always come in handy! We often use these in conjunction with a multimeter so we don’t have to hold the probes in place.

AM2301B – Wired Enclosed AHT20 – Temperature and Humidity Sensor: The AM2301B is a nice but inexpensive temperature and humidity sensor from the same folks that brought us the AM2302.

In fact, this enclosed sensor looks an awful lot like the popular DHT22/AM2302 temperature and humidity sensors, but unlike classic DHT sensors, it has an I²C interface! That’s right, you do not need to use a bit-bang timing-specific protocol to talk to the AM2301B, it uses plain-old-I²C. And, you can power it with anything from 2.5V to 5.5V so it’s good with 3V or 5V microcontrollers. Whew, that makes things a little easier, doesn’t it?

AM2315C – Encased I2C Temperature/Humidity Sensor: The AM2315C is a nice, enclosed temperature and humidity sensor from the same folks that brought us the AM2315. In fact, this enclosed sensor looks an awful lot like the popular AM2315 temperature and humidity sensors, but inside is the AHT20.

You can power it with anything from 2.5V to 5.5V so it’s good with 3V or 5V microcontrollers. You can take sensor readings as often as you like, and it uses standard I2C so it’s super easy to use with any Arduino or Linux/Raspberry Pi board.

DHT20 – AHT20 Pin Module – I2C Temperature and Humidity Sensor: The DHT20 is a nice but inexpensive temperature and humidity sensor from the same folks that brought us the DHT22.

This little sensor looks an awful lot like the popular DHT11/DHT22 temperature and humidity sensors, but unlike classic DHT sensors, it has an I²C interface! That’s right, you do not need to use a bit-bang timing-specific protocol to talk to the DHT20, it uses plain-old-I²C.

Ultimate GPS Module PA1616D – 66 channel w/10 Hz updates – MTK3333 Chipset: For those who want to integrate our awesome Ultimate GPS module into their own projects, we now have the raw sub-module available. Don’t be fooled by its small size, this is a very sensitive, high-quality GPS module with all the extras you could want and more at under 6 grams!

As of August 2021, the original “Ultimate GPS” module we used was discontinued by the vendor. We found and are using a nearly-identical version of the module – it’s a little taller (4mm) but has the same functionality. The commands for querying the antenna have changed slightly so existing projects may need to update their firmware.
