3-Pin Wire Joints (3 Pack): These are the easiest way possible to connect two wires – no if’s, and’s, or butt’s! Well, actually, these are often referred to as wire butts ’cause you ‘butt’ two wires together (hey we didn’t come up with the name!) Butt seriously, folks! OK, so despite the humor, these are really handy. If you want to quickly prototype some wiring, skip the soldering and use these 3-Pin Wire Joints!

These connectors are super handy when your LED strip project requires interfacing bare wires, or maybe you want to extend some motor wires. Or really anything.

1N4148 SMT SOD-123 Diodes – 100 Pack: ou have some electrons over here, and you want them over there but you don’t want the electrons from over there to be able to come over here? That’s what a diode is for, these are directional current valves and have the benefit of being waaay smaller than vacuum tubes.

Classic 1N4148’s are great for any kind of small signal (not power!) rectification. Use them all the time, and they’re very popular with folks making keyboards, so they come in a pack of 100.

64×32 RGB LED Matrix – 2.5mm pitch: Bring a little bit of Times Square into your home with this sweet 64 x 32 square RGB LED matrix panel. These panels are normally used to make video walls, here in New York we see them on the sides of busses and bus stops, to display animations or short video clips. We thought they looked really cool so we picked up a few boxes of them from a factory.

This version is the 2.5mm pitch 64×32 RGB LED Matrix. Please note you cannot use an Arduino UNO to drive this size, it’s way too big! Use an Arduino Mega, Raspberry Pi, BBB or other device that can handle displaying to RGB matricies and has plenty of RAM.
