Joy Reid: Take the last four years of Trump 'as a warning'

Even though the Trump presidency is coming to an end, Joy says, “As rotten as Trump is, and he is rotten, he can happen again. I don’t know who needs to hear this, but this is who we are. Let’s just take these four years as a warning.”
